Description: A heavy sprung tubular mortice latch. Features include: A guided latch bolt, a zinc passivated heavy duty case, it is sprung to suit sprung or light/medium unsprung door furniture, a special strike plate with adjustible tabs to prevent door rattling, a heavy duty one way 8mm follower, and the 76mm is suitable for bolt through furniture of 36mm and 3 8mm centres. The 63mm does not have the facility to accept bolt through fixings. Available in four sizes; 63mm case 44mm backset, 76mm case 57mm backset, 100mm case 82mm backset, 12 8mm case 107mm backset. Available in three finishes - Polished brass, Satin chrome, and Polished stainless steel. Item supplied with standard fixings and strike plate.

Special Instructions
