Description: A heavy Sprung tubular Mortice latch. Features include: A guided latch bolt, a zinc Passivated heavy duty Case, it is Sprung to suit Sprung or light/medium Unsprung door furniture, a special strike plate with adjustible tabs to prevent door rattling, a heavy duty one way 8mm Follower, and is suitable for bolt through furniture of 36mm and 38mm Centres. Available in four sizes; 63mm Case 44mm Backset, 76mm Case 57mm Backset, 100mm Case 82mm Backset, 128mm Case 107mm Backset. Available in three finishes - Polished brass, Satin chrome, and Polished stainless steel. Item supplied with standard fixings.
