Special Instructions

The cash rating applies to how much cover an insurance company will give for the use of the safe. For commercial premises the insurer may take the cash rating and multiply by 5 to give a content cover other than cash. For domestic situations this calculation may be as high as 10. Individual insurance companies may vary in this calculation for each model and so it is recommended to CHECK with your insurer to confirm the amount of cover applicable for each item.
