DIN Standard Mortice Nightlatch - 900 Series

Description: A Euro profile DIN standard Mortice Nightlatch. It is suitable for Sprung and most unsprung door furniture and features include: a nickel plated solid brass easily reversible guided latchbolt (latch bolt withdrawn by lever handle or key), 8mm zinc alloy follower (high copper content for additional strength), a mild steel/black powder coated finish Case which is pierced to accept bolt through furniture and Escutcheons with 3 8mm Centres. This Din Standard lock has a 60mm Backset with 72mm Centres. Comes Supplied with strike plate to match and all standard fixings. Available in three finishes.

Special Instructions

DIN Nightlatches are commonly refered to as specification locks, as they allow for faster workshop preparation, as all Cases within the range are of the same size. They are larger than standard uk lock Cases and therefore allow for a more asthetically pleasing look when used with lever on Rose furniture. Also allows easier use for special needs customers, and therefore ensures compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act.
