Description: Scrigno Essential is the new frame for interiors for sliding doors that blends perfectly with the wall, because its design eliminates all superfluous external elements, reducing to a minimum all finishing elements external to the wall. Both physically and visually, the wall appears free from door posts and other finishing elements, giving the opening between two rooms the maximum continuity send fluidity. With the new Scrigno Essential frame, the wall becomes the protagonist of space and of the design project; the door, completely concealed inside the wall, appears only when its presence is needed. The frame has quite literally been reduced to only the essential. The eliminated elements include the wooden upright, the joints for door posts and the architraves; the frame is fitted with aluminium profile bars that can be directly plastered. This avoids the problems of matching door posts with the other internal finishes of the room, or the presence of a wall shoulder on which the door posts can be mounted? Scrigno Essential is a project by architect Piero Esposito.
