Description: A maintenance free British made high performance bearing brass hinge with manufacturers 25 year performance guarantee. Suitable for heavy weight flush doors tested to BS EN 1935 Grade 12. CE marked version suitable for use on 1 hour and 1/2 hour fire and escape doorsets - supplied complete with intumescent pads. Supplied with standard fixings and available in four finishes. There are four stylized finials available Standard, Star, Top, and Soft. Simply choose your preferred style from the function tab. Due to the designer nature of this product these hinges are SOLD IN PAIRS.
